Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Coordinator, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic), you'll coordinate and supervise the maintenance team, manage industrial blending and filling equipment, oversee installation, repair, and reassembly of machinery, and prioritize work requests.

• Technical Degree in mechanics or equivalent work experience specific to industrial equipment.
• 5 - 7 years of combined experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic or Mechanic Maintenance Coordinator, with blending and filling experience highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications and Maintenance tracking software.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Basic Electricity, AC/DC Motors and Control Systems, Basic Schematic Reading, Basic PLC Knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to give and receive constructive feedback, and proficiency in preparing written messages, reports, and presentations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a loud, busy environment.
