Path Engineering

As a Warehouse Associate (also known as Inventory Associate, Warehouse Operator), you'll perform a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, shipping, order picking, and sanitation tasks. You'll ensure compliance with quality control policies and procedures, handle finished goods and equipment inventories, and use Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to load and unload trucks. You'll also assist with cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. Additionally, you'll support the sales team in serving various product lines.

• Standard work schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with overtime when needed.
• Opportunities for travel and supporting other warehouses.

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum 1 year of general factory, warehouse, inventory, finished goods item and line picking experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must be able to complete a successful DOT physical.
• Knowledge of accepted quality control procedures and guidelines, effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate machinery such as forklifts and palletizers.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
