Role
As a Technical Services Manager (also known as Technical Support Manager, Technical Project Manager), your primary function will be to provide extensive product, process, and application knowledge. You will support client-facing teams, author technical articles, produce architectural drawings, and act as a resource throughout the project cycle. You will also maintain technical documents and support new product launches.

- Bachelor's degree in a related course of study.
- Proficiency in CAD Software, CAD/CAM Software, Process Development, Project Management, Basic Computer Skills, Blueprint Reading, Construction Management, Customer Service, Excellent Communication Skills, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, Microsoft Excel, Product Design Experience, and Woodworking.
