Role

As a Customer Service Representative (also known as Client Service Associate, Customer Support Specialist), you'll provide exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries and complaints, manage order entries, and maintain knowledge of our products and applications. You'll also be responsible for troubleshooting, assisting with shipment issues, and resolving product-related problems.

Qualifications
  • Associate Degree or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school; or High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of industrial manufacturing distribution.
  • Excellent customer relation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, including accurate data entry skills.
  • Capable of working independently, as well as a team member.
  • High level office computer skills required. Microsoft Office knowledge a must.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
