As a Production Operator (also known as Silica Associate, Industrial Coatings Producer), you'll play a vital role in our operations, blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings. You'll also prepare materials and products for packaging and shipment, ensuring a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly impact people's lives!

• Starting pay rate of $23.25.
• Rotating shifts with flexibility.
• $1000 Sign-on Bonus and $1000 Retention Bonus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
