Maintenance Technician

Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Plant Maintenance Mechanic), you'll be responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic repairs and preventative maintenance activities. This includes troubleshooting plant equipment issues, implementing improvements, and operating testing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED). Additional training, degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment, preferably with injection molding equipment.
  • Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot PLC controlled systems. Previous experience with automation and/or robotic equipment is a plus.
