Path Engineering

As a Trailer Technician (also known as Fleet Services Technician, Maintenance Technician), you'll troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical trailer-related issues, perform preventive maintenance on our fleet of trailers, and ensure adherence to DOT inspection guidelines. You may also be required to perform welding/fabrication on trailer equipment as needed.

• Competitive pay rate of $35/hr-$45/hr, determined by experience and certifications.

• 3-5 years of equivalent maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical trailer-related issues using standard testing procedures and computer diagnostic equipment.
• Physical capability to perform all job duties, which includes being able to lift and/or pull 75 lbs or more without restriction, stand or lie for extended periods, and have flexible movement to reach equipment.
• Valid driver's license and the preferred ability to obtain a Class B license.
• Technical or advanced degree or equivalent maintenance experience.
