Role

As a Human Resources Specialist (also known as HR Manager, Employee Relations Specialist), you'll develop and implement HR policies, manage recruitment processes, handle employee complaints, and oversee performance management. You'll also work closely with operations management to foster a positive work culture, ensure employee safety, and facilitate effective communication.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum of six years of progressive Human Resource professional experience.
  • Expertise in federal and state laws, and application of HR policy in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
