Role

As a Machine Shop Sales Executive (also known as Business Development Executive, Sales Manager), you'll be responsible for planning, directing, and managing sales activities with the aim of maximizing sales growth and profitability. You'll identify and develop new business opportunities, foster existing business, and work closely with the President and internal team members.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of machine shop business development experience and a proven track record.
  • Machining manufacturing experience (CNC preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical knowledge into effective sales presentations.
