Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Role

As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator (also known as Process Improvement Coordinator, Lean Manufacturing Coordinator), you'll analyze and validate data, generate reports, and assist in identifying business needs. You'll focus on improving manufacturing processes, managing projects, and providing production support. You'll also play a key role in in-process defect reduction, scrap reduction, productivity improvement, and overall efficiency enhancement.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Lean manufacturing processing, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a high level of comfort in working with numbers and spreadsheets.
