Path Engineering

As a Lithography Pressman (also known as Lithograph Operator, Lithograph Technician), you'll oversee various lithography-related projects, ensuring they meet both internal and external client expectations. You'll provide technical support to the production line, improve efficiencies, coordinate problem-solving efforts, and work closely with cross-functional teams. Your duties will also include operating a lithograph press, supervising and teaching apprentice printers, maintaining a tidy work environment, and adhering to industry regulations.

• At least 7 years of experience directly related to lithography.
• Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Experience in operating manufacturing equipment or machinery.
• Extensive knowledge of lithographic processes and techniques.
• Ability to effectively manage time and schedules.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
