Path Engineering

As a Senior Maintenance Manager (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Plant Maintenance Manager), you'll oversee the Total Preventative Maintenance System, manage the Maintenance department, and ensure maximum equipment uptime. Your role will involve auditing manufacturing equipment, managing the MRO for multiple locations, training and upskilling team members, and leading Technicians that support Press and Assembly operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Maintenance or a related field is strongly preferred. Associate’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in metal stamping and/or assembly automotive manufacturing required.
• Proficiency in creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooting, and working in a Manufacturing Environment.
