As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Manager), you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring production goals are met efficiently and effectively. Your duties will include supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers, monitoring production processes, adjusting schedules as needed, training and mentoring staff, and managing inventory levels.
