Role

As a Composite Repair Technician (also known as Fabrication Specialist, Composite Layup Operator), you'll be responsible for performing a variety of routine operations. This includes composite repair, fabrication, and composite layup using hand tools to produce products for various industries. You'll work with materials such as resins, carbon fiber, fiberglass, and foam, and adhere to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret company documents, such as safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Good manual dexterity required to work with small parts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
