Path Engineering

As a Production Associate (also known as Manufacturing Assistant, Assembly Line Operator), you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing plant. Your responsibilities will include operating equipment and tools to cut, process, and assemble window components, using material handling equipment, and packing and labeling finished goods. You'll also inspect windows and equipment, maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to all safety standards. • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in an assembly-line or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment, read and comprehend English, and use hand tools such as snips or chisel.
• Must be able to use, understand, and thoroughly read a tape measure.
• Dependability, flexibility, and the ability to work well with a team are essential.
