Path Engineering

As a Full-Time Production Associate (also known as Manufacturing Assistant, Production Operator), you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining large machines, reading factory orders, and performing consistent quality and count inspections. You'll also utilize basic shop math, practice excellent factory housekeeping, and work overtime as needed. Your role will be crucial in ensuring safety policies and procedures are followed.

• Competitive pay starting at $21.54 per hr, increasing to $22.50 to $27.29 per hour upon successful completion of training.
• Sign on bonus of $500 after 30 days and an additional $500 after 6 months.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment.
• Ability to work overtime and on different shifts as needed.
