Path Engineering

As a Quality Assurance Manager (also known as Quality Control Manager, Quality Assurance Lead), you'll lead a team of Quality Engineers to plan, coordinate, and execute quality assurance functions. You will ensure all external and internal requirements are met before our products reach our customers. Your responsibilities will include inspecting procedures and outputs, identifying non-conformity issues, interfacing with customers, auditing internal processes, and leading a high-performing team.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline (experience may offset education).
• 7+ years' experience in a technical quality discipline.
• 3+ years' experience in a managerial/leadership position.
• Proficiency in Quality Inspection, Quality Control Data Analysis, Continuous Improvement, and AS9100.
• Experience with CAD Software.
