```Role

As an Equipment Service Technician (also known as Mechanical Technician, Field Service Engineer), you will primarily work in medical facilities, troubleshooting and repairing surgical equipment, and providing installation support on complex mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic units. You will manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. You will also build relationships with sales teams to enhance customer experience and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of work experience, with 2 of those years in a mechanical/technical role. Associates degree or related certifications in technical/mechanical area, competitive equipment training or related military experience may be considered towards technical experience requirement.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet all required background and physical assessment elements to obtain and maintain existing and new vendor credentialing requirements.
  • Proficiency in Machine Safety Inspections, Hydraulics, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, HVAC, Equipment Troubleshooting, Construction Equipment Maintenance, Heavy Equipment Repair, Steam Systems Management, and Refrigeration Systems.
