Path Engineering

As an Accounting Manager (also known as Financial Manager, Finance Controller), your key responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing Accounts Payable / Receivable, maintaining internal controls, and supporting the company’s financial goals. You will also be involved in financial reporting, internal controls, month-end close, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, regulatory compliance, process improvement, credit and collections, vendor relations, compliance and controls, audit support, and ad hoc analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Great Plains, Service Titan) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
