You'll partner with HR management in talent management, handle employee relations, and oversee HR administration and total rewards. This role involves full cycle recruiting, conflict resolution, employee engagement programs, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
