Path Engineering

As an Engineering Manager (also known as Technical Operations Manager, Engineering Project Manager), you'll oversee all activities within the Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities departments. Your key responsibilities will include managing projects related to reliability, continuous improvement, equipment installation, validations, and new product development. You'll provide technical support and mentorship at the floor level, manage project delivery through its complete lifecycle, and drive Lean Manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methods.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Engineering/Maintenance, with at least five (5) years in a management/leadership position.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably cosmetics or pharmaceutical, with high speed and agile filing and packaging systems.
