Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader), you'll oversee the maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment. You'll manage preventative maintenance activities, build world-class mechanical and preventative maintenance teams, oversee outside contractors, and ensure customer deadlines are met. You'll also be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and reviewing the performance of employees.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, managing people/projects, and in the position.
• Associate's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field/vocational studies (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
