As a Customer Success Representative (also known as Customer Support Specialist, Customer Service Representative), you'll play a crucial role in delivering superior customer service. Your responsibilities will include order processing, EDI infrastructure management, collaboration with retail customers, customer communication, product knowledge, data entry and system management, inventory monitoring and coordination, sales collaboration, order follow-up, returns and sales support, financial and claims management, and marketing.
