As a Technical Services Representative (also known as Inside Sales Representative, Customer Service Representative), you'll be a key player in our sales team. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, developing quotes, managing delivery timelines, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. You'll also collaborate with our customers and vendor community to research and understand products and services that provide the best solutions for our customers.

• Two-year technical degree plus related work experience required.
