Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Maintenance Engineer), you'll be a vital part of the maintenance team, working to increase the runtime of the facility. You'll support daily production needs, maintain machinery, execute work orders, analyze root causes, and improve equipment. You'll also troubleshoot and repair various systems on all manufacturing equipment, perform preventative maintenance tasks, and effectively communicate equipment malfunctions and corrective actions.

Qualifications
  • Broad knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance. Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology is a plus.
  • Mechanical knowledge: blueprint reading, welding, torching fabrication, gears, transmissions, and belts. Machining knowledge, basic Fanuc and Mazatrol knowledge, seals and bearings. Shaft alignment, lubrication technology and application, CNC Machining knowledge, and overhead cranes.
  • Electrical knowledge: Ladder Diagrams, electrical components such as relays and limit switches, basic wiring, motors, drives, and power supplies. Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems troubleshooting and component knowledge: blueprint reading, valves and pumps, cylinders and seals.
