As a Customer Account Manager (also known as Client Relationship Manager, Customer Service Representative), you'll manage daily information flow with a customer base of top-tier manufacturers, process orders, collaborate with account managers to collect and evaluate sales-related data, and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in customer account management.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and proficiency in MS Office.
