Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Facilities Manager, Equipment Manager), you will plan, direct, and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance activities. Your role will ensure the reliable and efficient operation of the company's buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment. You will oversee maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment, manage the maintenance department, and collaborate with the Production Manager to schedule preventative maintenance activities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or vocational studies. Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with at least 4 years managing people/projects.
• Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting Skills, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, and Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment.
