Role

As an Automation Specialist (also known as Automation Engineer, Controls Specialist), you'll assist in configuring and maintaining Variable Frequency Drives, Programmable Logic Controllers, and related equipment. You'll also develop PLC and HMI programming for new equipment, support operations and maintenance with troubleshooting, and proactively seek new automation solutions to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required, two-year technical degree preferred.
  • Experience with troubleshooting electrical controls and reading electrical schematics.
  • Proficiency in PLC Programming and experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and CAD Software.
