Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Assembly Line Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll oversee the work of assembly line employees, prepare work schedules, and ensure product quality. You'll also identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and supervise necessary repairs. Your role will involve reporting to the Plant Manager and acting as a source of knowledge for your team.

• 5-7 years experience in a related field or industry.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisory position.
• Ability to accurately utilize a tape measure and lift 50-100 pounds.
• Physical ability to work full day lifting, bending, twisting, kneeling in a non-environmentally controlled, loud work environment.
• Ability to judge distances, read signs, and operate a forklift (OSHA Forklift Operators License required, training can be provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required, preference given for Associate or Bachelor's degree.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
