As a Spray Painter (also known as Industrial Spray Painter, Paint Technician), you'll handle various types of paint to spray parts with precision and in accordance with specifications. Your responsibilities will include paint mixing, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, maintaining cleanliness in the spray booth, and adhering to safety protocols when handling hazardous waste.

• 2+ years of experience in industrial spray painting or equivalent.
• Good eye/hand coordination, finger dexterity, and color sensitivity.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow work instructions.
• Ability to pass a respiratory physical.
• Capable of handling equipment weighing up to 30 pounds and performing physical tasks such as ascending/descending stairs, sitting, standing, walking, climbing, stooping, and kneeling.
