As an Industrial Spray Painter (also known as Spray Paint Technician, Industrial Paint Operator), you'll play a crucial role in our team, applying your skills and expertise to ensure the high quality and precision of our die cast parts. Key duties include obtaining and mixing paint, spraying parts to specifications, inspecting parts for compliance, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workspace.

• Two years of experience in industrial spray painting or equivalent.
• Good eye/hand coordination, finger dexterity, and color sensitivity.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, follow work instructions, and demonstrate a high level of dependability.
• Must be able to pass a respiratory physical.
• Physical ability to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds and perform tasks such as ascending/descending stairs, sitting, standing, walking, climbing, stooping, and kneeling.
