Role

As a Sanitation Supervisor (also known as Plant Sanitation Supervisor, Sanitation Manager), you'll be responsible for complete plant sanitation and PC processes. This includes staffing requirements, new hire and rotational training, budget development/adherence, and improving operational metrics. You'll also act as an Officer of SQF Compliance, ensuring adherence to SQF requirements and maintaining performance values.

Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in management or related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of sanitation and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food-related industry.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities and ability to work with little supervision.
  • Knowledge of plant sanitation, HACCP, FSMA, SSOP and GMP program writing.
