As a Quality Control Specialist (also known as QC Specialist, Quality Assurance Auditor), you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our food and beverage products. Your responsibilities will include auditing finished goods, maintaining databases, troubleshooting product issues, and conducting investigations related to food safety and quality. You'll also be involved in facility sanitation, inspection of equipment, manufacturing processes, and finished goods. This role may require occasional overtime and cross-training in other QC functions.

• 3-5 years’ quality control experience in the food/beverage industry.
• Knowledge of GMP’s, HACCP, SQF, FDA or USDA regulations for foods and beverages is desirable.
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point), written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish, and ability to work in a team-based environment.
