Maintenance Technician - $7,500 Sign On | $2 Shift Differential!

Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime, troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, and maintaining facilities and auxiliary equipment. You'll work directly with machine operators, supervisors, and other maintenance technicians to resolve mechanical issues and propose solutions to complex and recurring problems.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation or other similar manufacturing-related specialization preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar maintenance environment, managing people/projects. Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
  • Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges. Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic. Skilled in the use of shop equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press, mill and lathe, and assorted power tools.
