Path Engineering

As a Color Lab Technician (also known as Paint Lab Technician, Coatings Lab Specialist), you'll be a key part of a team that develops and maintains products for automotive customers. You'll support multiple colorists across various coatings technologies, plan and execute material design experiments, and ensure quality control. You'll also use spectrophotometers for color result capture, make water and solvent-based paints, and maintain lab equipment.

• High School Diploma or GED; Chemistry courses preferred.
• 5+ years of laboratory experience with paints and coatings preferred or advanced degree with 1 year lab experience.
