Path Engineering

As a Mechanical Manager (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Mechanical Maintenance Manager), you'll be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of the Supplier Performance Team. You'll manage multiple projects, prepare accurate cost estimates, drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot production problems, and lead team meetings. You'll also review safety requirements, assure accurate distribution of time and materials to specific jobs, and display a positive, can-do attitude.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience or a 2-year degree in related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of maintenance principles, technologies, machinery, and ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic and mechanical schematics.
• Strong computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), with CMMS experience - SAP a plus.
