Role

As a Human Resources Generalist (also known as HR Administrator, HR Specialist), you'll provide comprehensive support for day-to-day operations of the HR department. Your duties will include serving as a point of contact for employees, supporting recruitment efforts, conducting new employee orientations, preparing new hire packets, and handling employee relations issues. You'll also participate in HR initiatives, prepare and reconcile monthly benefit bills, investigate worker’s compensation incidents, and prepare bi-weekly payroll.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in HR or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems, or the ability to learn quickly.
