CNC Field Service Maintenance Technician Specialist

Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Maintenance Engineer), you'll perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance, source parts and supplies, compile alternative packages for equipment retrofit, and create maintenance standards for altered or new manufacturing equipment. You'll also provide training and technical development to customers and coworkers, and utilize advanced maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data.

Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
  • Associates degree with a Technical focus and 12 years of related experience in specific industry; or, 15 years of experience in specific industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
  • Experience in condition based maintenance techniques, precision mechanical alignments, maintenance of applicable process equipment, and automation integration.
  • Experience in programmable logic controllers, field device troubleshooting, maintenance of electrical drive and motor systems, and motion control devices.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools, specialized tools, and programming software.
