Role

As a Site Safety Manager (also known as Safety Program Manager, Site Safety Leader), your key duties will include managing the site safety program, driving housekeeping standards, and demonstrating leadership for employee safety. You will also be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of site-level and company-wide strategic initiatives, supporting positive change, and communicating effectively with the team. You will also manage employee performance, provide development opportunities, and ensure the operating system is understood and reinforced.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software.
