Path Engineering

As a Senior CNC Machinist (also known as Milling Specialist, Lead CNC Operator), you'll be responsible for increasing production volume, developing new processes, and implementing innovative machining solutions. You'll handle both basic and complex setups, with a focus on vertical and horizontal milling. Your role will also involve collaboration with engineering teams on fixturing development and quality assurance.

• 10+ years of experience in CNC machining, with expertise in vertical and horizontal milling.
• Strong knowledge in milling work holding for 3 and 4 axis milling. Ability to build work holding for milling operations or collaborate with engineering on fixturing development.
• Proficiency in Fanuc controls, blueprint & GD&T, and all gaging and layout inspection work to verify parts.
• Experience with various materials including steel, aluminum, brass, titanium, and stainless.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
