Join our team as a Blow Mold Operations Manager (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Manager), where you'll optimize workflow, manage personnel, oversee machinery repairs, and ensure efficient use of facilities. You'll orchestrate the blow mold operation, manage both emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks, and lead the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical and control systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in a supervisory role.
• 8 or more years of related experience; knowledge of plastic blow mold and packaging is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience and strong technical and mechanical background is required.
