Path Engineering

As a Filling Lead (also known as Packaging Supervisor, Production Lead), you'll oversee the filling operations, ensuring smooth production and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, monitoring equipment performance, conducting quality checks, and overseeing shift activities. This role is for the 2nd shift (4:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.) and offers a competitive base salary.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Machine/Filler Operator in packaging.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control preferred.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication and basic mathematics skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and capacity to stand for long periods.
• Capability to lift, twist, and carry up to 50 lbs and adaptability to work in various temperature environments.
• Willingness to wear protective equipment such as a full-face respirator and compliance with Health and Safety and GMP regulations.
