Role

As a Reliability Engineer (also known as Maintenance Reliability Engineer, Equipment Reliability Specialist), you'll be responsible for leading reliability-centered maintenance efforts, identifying potential issues, providing solutions to root cause deficiencies, and driving the implementation of equipment improvement projects. You'll also provide technical service to operations and manufacturing personnel, utilize predictive and preventative maintenance strategies, and provide training in Root Cause and Reliability Analysis.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ABET accredited).
  • Eight or more years of reliability experience across 2 or more manufacturing sites.
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical or mechanical components, tools, and designs.
  • Ability to perform a full array of reliability tool sets, including failure mode effects analysis, cause and effect diagrams, root cause failure analysis, life-cycle costing, and risk analysis.
  • Proficiency with computers, maintenance systems, and applications, including Microsoft Office.
