Maintenance Mechanic

Role

As a Maintenance Mechanic (also known as Equipment Technician, Maintenance Technician), you'll perform corrective maintenance to ensure the facility and equipment are operating properly, replace and repair parts, rebuild equipment, and align gears, shafts, pulleys, and belts. You'll also perform preventive maintenance activities, respond to maintenance work orders, and participate in maintenance training programs to continuously improve knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of technical training and/or job-related experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience and proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, Electrical Troubleshooting, Mechanical Troubleshooting, Hydraulics, Machine Safety Inspections, and working in a Manufacturing Environment.
