As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Plant Supervisor), you will provide leadership to ensure efficient plant operations, quality product delivery, and superior service in a safe and challenging work environment. You will support plant objectives in alignment with corporate strategies, coordinate with all departments for efficient operations, and foster a Lean environment and culture. Your role will also involve supervising and training new hires, managing department priorities, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.

• 5+ years of plant manufacturing experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing processes such as Visual Management, 5S, Standard Work, Kanban, One-Piece-Flow, OEE, SMED.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost controls, inventory management, HR practices, quality function, and manufacturing best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, organization, and oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hands-on environment and work well independently.
• Proficiency in strategic thinking & management, innovation, collaboration, driving organizational goals, people management and developing talent.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Principles, Recruiting and Training Experience, Microsoft Excel.
