Role

As a Customer Service Representative (also known as Account Manager, Customer Support Specialist), you'll provide comprehensive account management, including information on products, services, pricing, availability, and shipping. You'll respond to inquiries promptly and thoroughly, whether via phone, email, or direct customer interaction, within an industrial distribution environment.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service or sales experience.
  • Ability to process orders, quotations, and customer returns/credits in line with company policies and standards.
  • Experience working with various departments to meet customer needs.
  • Proficiency in investigating order entry, shipping, and billing errors and coordinating solutions.
  • Ability to use online learning systems to understand technical aspects of products and services.
