As a Fleet/Driver Manager (also known as Transportation Operations Manager), you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our fleet, optimizing assets, and ensuring the performance of our team members. Your responsibilities include managing and optimizing tractor and trailer utilization, assigning routes to new hires, addressing payroll and time off requests, conducting interviews, coordinating hotel stays, and ensuring load quality meets company standards.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of fleet operations, tractor and trailer utilization, and driver management.
