Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Plant Maintenance Operator), you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment. This includes Rheon’s, Conveyors, proof boxes, Handyman stuffer, mixers, metal detectors, packaging machines, heat tunnels, refrigeration systems, forklifts, and building equipment. You'll also lead continuous improvement initiatives, assist in training employees, and provide continual support to various departments.

Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent, with a 2-year trades degree or 4 years of plant maintenance experience.
  • Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment, Electrical Troubleshooting, Equipment Troubleshooting, and Welding Setups for Production.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of all HACCP, GMP's, OSHA, and SOP requirements.
