Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Mechanical Troubleshooter). You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, repair equipment, maintain industrial control systems, and work both independently and with team members to ensure timely and safe repairs. You may also fill in for a production operator as needed.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar maintenance environment, managing people/projects.
  • Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
  • Willingness to be a technical leader and trainer within a specific area of the plant or machine center.
