Path Engineering

As a Machine Shop Shift Supervisor (also known as Production Machining Supervisor, CNC Supervisor), you'll oversee the activities of the machine shop, produce machined parts using CNC and semi-automated equipment, ensure quality control, and manage and train personnel on equipment operation. This role also involves maintaining safety standards and ensuring smooth shift transitions.

• Competitive pay rate of $24.00 - $26.00 per hour.
• Full-time employment with a consistent 3rd shift schedule (Midnight to 8 am).
• Opportunity to use a variety of machines and technologies, including 3-4 axis VMC CNC Mill, 2-4 axis CNC Lathe, and CNC Grinder.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in supervising general machining and operating CNC and manual mills and lathes.
• Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting skills, and machine setups for production runs.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, customer sketches, written specifications and/or drawings.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, and strong interpersonal skills.
