Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Plant Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll report to the Production Manager and oversee plant floor operations. Your responsibilities will include managing production, ensuring quality, reducing waste, and enhancing safety. You'll work closely with your team to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. You'll also play a key role in employee development, providing mentorship and training to manufacturing floor employees.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Experience in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing), Lean Manufacturing Principles, and ISO 9001 Certification is a plus.
